Pandora

Pandora has an incredibly sweet personality, is very soft and gentle with people and loves affection, pats and scratches. She has lived on a small suburban lot with a Dachshund for most of her life, and they’re the best of friends. \ She hasn't lived with cats. Pandora has an abundance of energy, so she requires a large lot to run around on and get rid of excess energy.

She walks well of the lead, however, she needs an owner with firm grip - Pandora is a big unit! She is placid and cautious of dogs she is unfamiliar with and will usually keep to herself, but once she becomes at ease she’s very playful! Pandora is a guardian dog, so you’re her first priority to watch over; anything new and unfamiliar can take some getting used to. She’s always a delight with the dog owners at the dog park and spends more time with the people then the other dogs! She loves stopping while walking to greet people out and about.

She absolutely loves her family members. Pandora has noting to give but love and affection for those she loves.

Unfortunately Pandora gets carsick; she doesn't mind being in the car at all, but she can’t help but be sick! Pandora absolutely loves going swimming at the local beach and exploring there. She enjoys going for a shower and can sit in the nice warm water all day (after some initial convincing to get her in there).

She likes being indoors to sleep with people’s company and has learnt to let you know when she needs to use the bathroom. However, she can sleep outside without any issues.

It is very important her new home has plenty of room for exercise. If she doesn't have this, she can become restless and unsettled, and bark to express her frustrations. \ Dense suburbia isn't ideal with the constant foreign sounds during the day for her to bark at. Pandora has always had secure fencing over 1 metre tall - she has the ability to jump, so secure fencing would be ideal.
