About Mancini the King *Dog-friendly!*
Looking for a sweet, kind and good looking gentleman? Yes? Then Mancini is the cat for you!
Mancini started his life in a cat community in Kingsbury (near Bundoora) and was rescued, along with his friends and family, saving him from a life with no ‘peasants’ to tend to his every need.
Mancini is the perfect cat - 'sweetest guy in the world', according to his foster carers. \ Moving into a home with three existing cats, he has not let out one single noise in protest. He is very placid and won’t cause any trouble with existing cats. In fact, as he grew up with many others, he would suit a home with other cats.
Mancini LOVES his food and will happily eat whatever is on offer. He lets out the cutest and softest meow when he sees his dish being delivered. \ You certainly don’t need to worry that this boy will be too rowdy. ;-)
Mancini is also great with dogs, even large ones, and will cuddle up with them. He even tolerates having catnip toys put on his head - see his 'I am not amused' pic.
Due to his upbringing, Mancini is quite shy with people he doesn't know…. but with love (and treats) he warms to people quite quickly. He might retreat to a quiet place from time to time - everyone needs some 'me time', after all! He is still getting used to being carried, but a nice firm hold helps him to feel more secure. \
He enjoys having his gorgeous long coat being brushed and loves a good rub behind the ears and at the base of his tail. When being showered with affection, he will purr ever so softly.
He’s loves being placed on a snuggly lap for cuddles. Need to get up for a cuppa? That’s cool! Wherever you place this lovely boy… he will stay!
Mancini would be best suited to a quieter home… he has had children stay at his foster home and did quite well, but would probably be happier with adults.
Medical notes
Happy, healthy, gorgeous guy. Mancini is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for worms and fleas.
