About Amy
AMY is a sweet girl who acts like the queen of the house (typical Chi!). She loves cuddles and spending time on a humans lap but is also good when on her own. She will happily go and wait in her crate for you to return, at which point she brings out the best welcome home happy dance.
Lovely Amy is good with other dogs but prefers to play with humans and shows little interest in our free range chickens but is intrigued with the guinea pigs. She is very gentle and quiet older... girl.
She would be more comfortable in a home with older children (who can respect the fact that she is a refined older lady who does not wish to engage in ruff and tumble games) or adults and she would love to have a lap available as much as possible but is comfortable to be left at home if you need to go out.
Other: She was attacked by a feral cat some years ago and as a result has lost the sight in one eye but this does not seem to bother her at all.
Amy prefers a raw meat diet but will eat dry food and has done well on dry food whilst with us. She has been debarked at some point so on the rare occasion that she does bark there is very little noise.
Medical notes
Amy is desexed, vaccinated & microchipped
