Cassie is checking out her new home

Cassie is young, friendly and gentle. She has confidently made herself at home in foster care and hasn't taken long to reveal her playful personality. She loves to play with lots of fluffy, squeaky toys and is quite kitten-like in the way she tosses them around and pounces on them. She also loves a quick zoom around the garden. This activity usually lasts ten to fifteen minutes and then she is ready to relax again in the nearest comfortable dog bed.
Cassie walks beautifully on the lead and her interest in food would make her an excellent training partner. Cassie is currently living happily with two boys aged 5 and 9. She is interested in their activities but is always gentle and never pushy.
Cassie travels calmly in the car and usually uses her time in transit to take a quick nap. She also remained calm and relaxed during a recent thunder storm.
At the moment, Cassie prefers to be in the company of her humans. However, she is in the process of learning how to be home alone with another dog for company.
Cassie is a small girl and has the softest coat, especially around her ears and neck. She is registered as black, but in reality seems to be almost chocolate in colour. She is a gorgeous girl.
