CHICA (aka Cheeky)

- I will be someone's best mate and companion;
- I am very intelligent, a quick learner, a good listener however you have to be patient as in my stubbornness I may not act the first time you tell me some thing but gentle reminders, no yelling as I am a bit of a softy, will persuade me;
- I love adults and children, the younger ones will need to watch out though as a can be a bit clumsy and forget my size or not see where I'm going out of my bully eyes;
- I need to be the only pet in the household, I am not aggressive towards animals but if they antagonise me I can get grumpy;
- I want to be an inside dog and am happy in a crate at times;
- I can get a bit nervous and anxious at times so I like to be made to feel safe;
- I love to be close to people and have cuddles on the couch and be allowed to follow around the house and be included on some of the excitement that happens;
- I need patience, care and love as it may take a couple of days to settle, I can be anxious and nervous in new surroundings and around people I don't know;
- house trained, crate trained, can walk well on leash but don't let off around other dogs.
