About Juliet ~ Labrador X Puppy (trial pending 4/7/15)
Meet Juliet, an 8 week bundle of cuteness. She is a Labrador x and an absolute sweetheart.
Juliet loves to be near her humans; she is a bit of a tomboy and holds her own wrestling with her brother. She loves to explore or lay in the sun with her favourite squeaky toy.
She is a typical pup, non-stop action until she plops herself down to sleep. She is excited by life, has a stubborn side to her but also loves cuddles and human reassurance.
As a young pup she is only just starting her training journey. She is starting to ask to go outside, She is learning to sit but her happy tail makes it hard for her control herself for long.
She loves her human children, isn't too bothered with the cat and has a typical sibling (love/ argue) relationship with her brother. She loves other dogs and isn't easily intimidated.
Like all pups Juliet will need training and more socialisation. She will need someone who is home a lot. She would enjoy another dog for company. She is responsive, smart, funny and adorable.
As Juilet is only a puppy she is not available for interstate adoption and can only be adopted to a loving family in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Central Coast areas so she can be brought back for desexing when she is old enough.
For more information or to meet Juilet, please contact her foster carer Paula on 0417210930 or email peebilly@cia.com.au . Juilet is in foster care in Jesmond, NSW (Newcastle).
Juilet's adoption fee is $450 and she is vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. DRN will pay for her desexing when she is old enough. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
