Tazzy

Tazzy is a gorgeous and gentle man who is cat and dog friendly, looking for his forever home!
Tazzy is a playful but does sleep 90% of the time! He is very affectionate towards humans and fine with cats. Would work well in a family situation. Very gentle - would be excellent with children.

He is excellent to walk and is easy on a lead, he has low energy and would suit someone that is happy to go for a shortish walk each day. He is super affectionate and great with other dogs. He is a big snuggly boy.

Tazzy is looking for a house where he can be inside most of the time with access to a low fenced yard. He is a bit highly strung and will whimper a bit if he thinks he is missing out of something fun or your leaving without him but he quickly puts himself back to bed.

Tazzy has no recall - if he gets out he makes a run for it and loves chatting to everyone and anyone he meets along the way- he would need work with recall training to get him to come obediently off lead. Aside from this he would make an excellent candidate for the greenhound program as he is so friendly and peaceful.

Final bad point - he is a leg lifter and wees alot during the walk and is occasionally still lifting his leg inside (marking his territory) - he is improving but is definitely worse if another male dog is inside with him.

Tazzy comes desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and flea treated.

Greyhounds make great lounge lizards, they are low shedding, usually house train easily and are not barkers or fence jumpers - they are the easiest dog you will ever have!
