ABOUT DAISY

Daisy's ideal family would consist of no children. Someone who is patient and willing to work with Daisy to allow her to settle in. She does not need someone home all the time but would prefer a calm dog as a companion during this time. No steep stairs and a small backyard is fine.

Daisy does not like over affection. She does not like to sit on your lap but she will lay next to you. Daisy let's you know when she wants affection and she will roll over in front of you for a tummy rub. She doesn't like surprises but she excitedly greets you when you walk in the door. She is so easily trained and a very fast learner. (She learnt how to eat on command within 30 seconds) She is improving everyday. She will initially bark at cats when she meets them but soon after she will sleep next to them. She prefers older, mature dogs as companions. Daisy's sweet nature is showing more and more as each day goes by. She just needs a confident person to take roll of alpha and allow her to come out of her shell and provide her with stability and love.

Daisy is on a weight management program and this will need to be ongoing to get her to and keep her at an ideal weight,
