About Charlotte
CHARLOTTE
18 month old
Female
Bull Arab x
Charlotte spent roughly two and a half weeks in Rockhampton Pound, before we were able to save her.
Charlotte has now been in foster care for two months and has had zero enquiries :(
She was extremely undernourished. Initially she was very protective of food and toys, but in the week she has been with her foster carers she has realised that these things will always be around for her, and she now happily shares toys with their 2 other dogs. She has also put on weight and is looking a lot healthier.
Charlotte is a beautiful girl who just loves to be with you. She gets on extremely well with other dogs, and walks brilliantly on a harness – she will just trot along right beside you and very rarely pulls. She comes when she is called, even off lead, and love kisses, cuddles and giving high 5s! She will sit on command and is learning to wait for her dinner. Charlotte jumps when she is excited, but is learning to stop when she’s told. She seems to be a very quick learner.
Charlotte loves to run and adores playing with her 10 month old BA x Boxer foster fur sibling – in just a few days they became great mates. She is also cat friendly!
Charlotte would be best suited to an active home and is great with kids, but does need to be supervised around smaller children as she gets quite excited. She will need space to run or someone to walk her every day. She’d love to have a playmate too. She has love to go around and would make a wonderful addition to a family.
Charlotte's adoption fee is $350. She comes desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, heartworm tested and treated.
She is currently being fostered in North Rockhampton QLD, but transport can be arranged Australia wide!
