About Ashira
Ashira is a beautiful young lady who is just full of playful energy with a pinch of sass.
She is incredibly affectionate with humans and is a great lapdog and an even better watch dog. She will quite happily spend hours curled up on your lap, and she will alert you to any unusual activity in your home or property.
Ashira is best suited to an only dog home due to the fact she likes to have all the attention. However she plays beautifully with other dogs of all sizes when in the yard or out and about. She is currently in care with her brother (already adopted) and our resident White Shepherd. She has been around cats and is very interested in sniffing and playing with them. She has learnt not to bark at them.
She has a very confident personality and takes things in her stride. She is incredibly smart and picks up on things very quickly. She will leave you laughing with her antics for hours on end!
She has moderate energy levels, and would suit an active home that could take her for a brisk daily walk and provide plenty of mental stimulation such as playing in the yard or trick training to keep her brain active.
At approximately 10-11 weeks old, Ashira weights approximately 2.2kg. We expect her to mature no more than 5kg. She will have a beautiful and easy to maintain feathered coat, but it will not be as "thick" as a Papillon. She will require regular brushing to keep her coat beautiful and knot free.
Whilst in care, she has learnt to accept wearing collars, harnesses, leashes and jackets/jumpers for warm. Her adopter will need to be aware that Ashira will require a jumper in the colder weather, due to her single layer of fur. She has also adjusted well to being crated inside at night, and happily runs through the house at full speed during the day.
We believe she is mixed with Miniature Foxie.
Medical notes
Ashira will be ready to go home after she is desexed, in approximately 2 weeks.
Ashira is located near Leeton in New South Wales, but can be transported else where.
