Come and say hello. Gizmo is my name!I'm an energetic excitable happy Labrador Retriever with a lot of love to give. I will require an experienced active owner who will be able take me for at least one walk daily followed by some playtime in the backyard to help burn off my energy. I love playtime especially when there are big squeaky soft toys involved! I still pull on the lead so I will require ongoing leash training with some yummy treats using positive reinforcement techniques. I'm very food motivated and I already know how to sit and settle on my mat but will need ongoing training to help me remain focused responsive and calm. When left home alone it is important to provide me with lots of toys a Kong filled with some kibble raw meaty bones and chew treats to help keep me mentally stimulated and less likely to become bored and destructive.If you have another dog at home and are thinking of adopting me please bring them in so we can do a supervised match up to see if we get along.Please ensure that your backyard is fully secure with at least 5ft fencing with no holes or gaps in the fence line.
