Nika is a typical young husky pup, full of beans and cheek, but also oh-so sweet.

She enjoys playing with other dogs and will need a friendly active companion to use up some of that puppy energy. Nika has been well socialized with other dogs and generally gets along with other dogs of medium to large size.

Nika is an affectionate girl and enjoys a cuddle or belly rub, preferably on the couch if you’ll let her. She also loves to play with toys, ones she can chew or pull at are her favourite.

She has good basic training and knows sit, drop and to wait for food. She is used to having inside access and can be left indoors during the day if needed. Nika will need a breed-experienced family that will continue her training to ensure she matures into a well-rounded companion.

Nika has met some dog savvy cats and was friendly with them, she is more interested in cats which run or are scared of her, but it is likely she could live in harmony with a dog savvy cat.

She is relatively good on lead, although very excited initially. She calms quickly and responds well to correction, she is enthusiastic to meet other dogs though. Nika will need a home where she gets two walks every day as she is an active puppy still. Once older she would have good potential in harness as a social sledder.

Nika will require secure 6ft fencing and a home with no rabbits, chickens or other pocket pets.
