Mr Chipps is a happy playful puppy of various breeds. He is smart active and happy and would really benefit from puppy school training and socialisation and obedience school. He is a quick learner and loves training, but could easily turn naughty if he didn't have dedicated owners who were interested in his future well being and development.

Mr Chipps loves toys and snuggling, he will watch TV with you and wiggle and roll and play, but eventually settles into his bed and sleeps. He loves other dogs and currently lives with an older male and a senior cat, who rules the house.
