China ~ Great Dane x Mastiff puppy (trial 31/5/15)

Introducing China, 9 week old, female, Great Dane x Mastiff puppy. China is full of puppy beans but also can be a very loving girl. She loves to play with her foster brothers and sisters. She is a confident little girl so she needs to go to a home with another older dog to teach her manners or to a home with someone who is home all the time as she doesn't like being on her own and can become very whingey.

China will need someone dedicated to training and socialising her so that her strong personality can be controlled with good manners. \ She will respond well to positive reinforcement training.

She will need to be an inside pup, as she is now, with access to outside for toilet training, until she is fully grown. Of course she'd love to continue to enjoy inside time with you even after she grows up to be a big dog. She would be more than happy to lay at your feet or on the up to lay on the couch with you. So long as you take the trouble to train her, there's no reason a big dog can't be inside. China will need a secure yard with locked gates.

I'm not sure how China will be with young children as she is a big puppy and I wouldn't like her to knock them over through puppy play. China's brother Denzel is also available for adoption.

As China is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to one of our vets for desexing when she's 4 or 5 months old.
