About Charlie ~ Pomeranian ~ On Trial 5/6/15
Charlie is a 5kg 9 year old male Pomeranian. He is a happy chappie who has lots of love to give to his new forever home. Charlie loves to run the yard, and is equally happy to snuggle with us and snooze on the lounge. Charlie likes to play with soft toys and will bring them back if you throw them for him.
Charlie is a pound dog but despite this Charlie is house trained and is well behaved on the lead. Charlie is calm in the car and lies down to snooze. He understands basic commands and loves to please. Charlie has been in foster care with 2 other dogs which he tolerates, He would be best suited to be an only dog and with a family with no children, however Charlie has shown no interest in cats. Charlie is comfortable sleeping in his foster carer’s sunroom but also loves to snooze indoors.
Charlies beautiful coat dose need brushing a few times a week and to be washed regularly. He is well behaved when he is being groomed. Charlie is an easy going dog who loves to chew his bones and snooze in the sun, Charlie would be best suited to a quieter home with someone home most of the time.
For more information or to meet Charlie please phone foster carer Ashleigh on 0405584477 or email ashleigh29910@hotmail.com. Charlie is in foster care at Toronto, NSW (Newcastle area), and is available for adoption interstate.
Charlie’s adoption fee is $300 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
