About Whoopsie *On Trial in Her New Home*
*WHOOPSIE IS TRIALING HER NEW HOME - NO MORE ENQUIRIES/APPLICATIONS PLEASE* \ Looking for a loveable Labrador cross without going through the pesky puppy-stage??? \ Then you can’t go past wonderful Whoopsie!
Whoopsie is a friendly, happy dog who just wants to please her humans. She totally thrives on human contact so a home where she’s not left on her own in a backyard for hours on end would be perfect…….and as an only dog as although she's fine around others having always been on her own she's just not that interested in dogs preferring the company of the 2-legged variety. Whoopsie does get excited and jumps up a bit especially when she first sees you so she’d be better suited to a home with older children as she may accidentally bowl a toddler over in her playful exuberance. This clever girl knows ‘sit’, ‘shake’ and ‘drop’ and ‘will sit & wait’ to eat at meal times.
Active and energetic Whoopsie is terrific on a lead and looks forward to her daily walk. She also has excellent recall if you’re walking her without one. Whoopsie loves water and will have a swim in a dam or similar though she’s not a fan of backyard doggie pools preferring to play under the hose or stand in her oversized water container to cool down. \ Her fave thing is a good game of fetch where she even brings the ball back to you or as you’ll see in her video she likes to entertain herself with a bottle at the end of a rope which is tied to the rafters. Whoopsie also loves soccer balls or basket balls and the tougher they are the longer they’ll last!

Whoopsie hasn’t spent much time inside though we reckon she’d love a home where she could enjoy an indoor / outdoor lifestyle and be part of the household’s goings on – she’s housetrained. This gorgeous dog rarely barks and if she does there’s a reason for it. She’s not so fond of cats tending to chase them from her yard and the only time Whoopsie tends to get anxious is visiting the vets where lots of reassurance is required to make her feel secure.
Wondrous Whoopsie enjoys a diet of dry food, bones and table scraps and her favourite treats are Schmackos and those carob drops for dogs.

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
