About Sasha ~ Staffy X Greyhound (on trial 23/8/15)
Sasha is a beautiful 3yr old Staffy x Greyhound who has a very affectionate, fun personality. She loves nothing more than long walks and swim with a game of fetch then coming home filling up her tummy and curling up at your feet or on her bed.
She is very good with other dogs and loves running around the yard with our dog n our kids. She is very patient with our kids (2 &5) and loves cuddles and even loves warm showers. She is a bit of a hoover and will eat anything you put in front of her.
When we picked Sasha up she was timid, shy and very skinny. She now wags her tail and is loves lots of cuddles and belly rubs and cuddling up watching a movie. She never wants to leave your side but listens very well. She also now knows simple commands and some tricks and will even get her own lead to go for walks!
Sasha is a good guard dog but doesn't bark too much, only when people come to the front door. She would suit any family that could give her lots of love and attention and exercise.
Sasha is a really lovely dog who deserve a beautiful home and people who will love her and look after her.
For more information or to meet Sasha, please contact her foster carer Maileen on 0412 041 521 or email mpurdy193@hotmail.com. Sasha is in foster care in New Lambton Heights and is available for adoption interstate.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
