Victoria ** Adoption Day **

Grand Opening ADOPTION DAY: Saturday 20st of June, 11 am - 2 pm at Best Friends Pet Store Pakenham, Princess Hwy near Bunnings and JB Hi-Fi
Adoptions prior to Adoption Day welcome. We can't bring all the kittens, so please contact us for a questionnaire. Cost: $ 200.- All our kittens are desexed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, flea and worm treated and come with a kitten pack.

I am one of those kittens who need to know everything about everything. I believe that a girl should be prepared for her future and as everyone knows, knowledge is the key it all. So, I decided to find out what my name, Victoria, means. After an extensive Google-search, which lasted all of two seconds, I discovered that the meaning is quite fitting: it’s the Latin word for “Victory” and “to conquer”. Well, it so happens that I intend to conquer the world and that I plan to be victorious in my search for my forever home! Let’s face it, any happy life starts with a happy home!

My special home has few requirements, just the usual, really: a nice comfy bed (a big one that I plan to share with you) from where I can keep an eye on the goings on around me and where I can do my studying and thinking. Other cats or kittens are not really what I’m after, they would just distract from my search for knowledge and the meaning of life. It’s not that I mind them, I get on well enough with all my feline house mates here at 2nd Chance Cat Rescue, they are merely not essential to my education and happiness.
Needless to say that I am very curious and love to see what my people are up to. After all, if you pay attention you never know what pearls of wisdom you might discover.

If I sound a little stand-offish: not true! I’m affectionate and love cuddles. The bed is not the only place I like to spend time, I’ll often like to sit with my people and when I do, you just try removing me. I’ll be stuck on you like white on rice!
What else do I have to offer in return for my “three squares a day” and all the requisite cat luxuries? Well, I have a very pretty face with piercing green eyes. My fur is soft and silky and it’s only going to be more beautiful as I grow older, because it will grow even longer than it already is. To boot I have a gorgeous little nose with a fishtail-shaped marking. To complete the package I have a very loud purr and it doesn’t take much to get my little engine running.

So, how about it? Are you in? You’ll provide the luxuries, Google and food, and I’ll provide the love, the relaxation after a long day and the cuddles. Deal?
