About Roxy
This gorgeous girl came to us through the vets after she had been abandoned there. She had a piece of glass stuck in her neck and once she was treated the owners never came back for her. She spent a week at the vets because she physically and emotionally traumatised. They spent lots of time with her and decided that she was too sweet to PTS so we took her.
It took a while for her to settle in to foster as she was terrified of life but never once did she show any aggression towards anyone. She has become super playful with other dogs and she has got dogs that don't normally play, actually playing with her.
She still doesn't like loud noises and is a bit unsure of things. She doesn't like the vacuum and trying to get photos of her, anyone would think you were pointing a gun at her and she would take off and hide. But she does love the car. If she is outside and the car door is open, she is in and doesn't want to come out.
She is good on and off the lead and her recall is really good, although she can still sometimes be a bit reluctant to come up to you straight away.
Roxy is house trained and crate trained and is happy outside and inside.
