Vance is a little dog with a large personality. He is hoping to find a permanent home with someone who will give him all the love he deserves (plus some more). Vance is great with other dogs as long as they aren't too boisterous. He is only a little dog after all. He adores getting special attention. Vance is a sweet natured dog who just wants a new loving home.
