Zena

Zena is almost 3yrs old. She is a sterilised brindle female Great Dane being rehomed with the assistance of GDLAWA. She has lived with a giant breed male and they have been the best of friends so we are looking for a home with a nice big boy to be her play mate. Zena loves spending time inside on the couch and is lots of fun to have around.

Zena is incredibly loving and affectionate. \ The sight in one of her eyes could possibly be impaired however this doesn’t bother her at all and she appears to be a very healthy girl. Zena has the potential to be fine with a cat who is dog savy however is not suited to a home with children.

Zena needs a human who is prepared to be a little patient with her. She can be a bit of a scaredy cat and so new things are sometimes difficult for her. When meeting new dogs and people controlled introductions are required to give her time to warm up. Once that’s done she’s just fine and will be your best friend. Zena loves to join you on a car ride.

Zena will need a home that is prepared to fulfil her exercise requirements which is moderate. \ She would do well with a daily 45min walk or two shorter walks. She is not destructive and has good house manners.
