About Diablo
I like to be called Mr Diablo or Dio for short- I feel like it represents my character and my age well as I am a sophisticated senior.
I have seen a lot of different things in my 11 years of life, and I definitely didn't expect that I would be on the search for a new home at this age. That was definitely not in the 15 year plan.
I get described as an old soul, one that is loyal to my humans and animals. I have a few activities that I really like to fill my day with, these include- sleep, eating, sun baking, cuddling up to my favourite pair of shoes or horse coat and well some more sleep.
I am pretty happy to around the dog folk as well, I live in foster care right now with anything up to 15 and well, they're all pretty good. There are also 2 horses on the property as well and even though one is older than me, I will steal his carrots!
I'm happy to really be anywhere, outside in the day suits me well and inside at night. I will sit with you whilst you garden, or go on a brisk walk with you or just watch tv. I'm not fussy and oh please remember to rub my ears. That's my favourite thing ever and I will grunt and talk to you to let you know how satisfied I truly am.
Please don't let me age fool you, I deserve a retirement home for my golden years and I'm an easy dog I promise. I have a heart full of gold and love and I may not have long left but I can reassure you that its long enough to devote myself to you.

Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
