Eclipse ~ Kelpie X Puppy ~ On Trial 25/4/15

Introducing Eclipse, a 10 week old kelpie cross puppy with a zest for life. \ Eclipse loves to run around outside with her sister Katniss. When she gets excited she starts to wag her tail and her whole bottom swings from side to side.

Eclipse is in foster care with her sister Katniss and 3 other dogs of various ages and sizes and she has settled in with all of them. She likes to wait until all the other puppies are asleep and then she’ll sneak back out to her foster family for quiet cuddles in front of the TV or to sleep on her humans’ feet.

Eclipse has learnt to Sit, she sometimes is a little excited when it’s time for food and forgets to sit, but being just a baby it’s hard to keep still for too long right? She loves to play with children and is living with 2 human foster sisters aged 11 and 8 years and she plays well with both of them. Eclipse is still learning where to go to the toilet and is still only young so will need patience with her toilet training.

Being so young, Eclipse sleeps inside where it’s warm and cosy on her doggy bed. Eclipse is an inside puppy and so she needs to be allowed inside when her family is home – she must sleep inside at night even when she’s older as dogs like to be part of the family.

Eclipse would best suit a furever home with another friendly playful dog or someone who is home a lot. She is too social and too young to be left alone for long periods of time. She would love to go to puppy-training classes as training and socialization will give her the best start in life.
