About Ziggy
Ziggy is an older dog with a lovely nature who likes to be with people happy to chase the ball. He is fine with other dogs and humans. We have no idea what he is like with other animals but suspect he would be fine as he is naturally submissive. We think that he has probably been abused while at the same time grabbed by the collar as he does not like his collar grabbed and will mouth you to let you know. He seems fine on a lead and has enjoyed playing in the yard or getting a pat. He would be a good companion dog for an active but older person. We think he has some kelpie maybe some terrier but your guess is as good as ours
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, \ fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
