About “Buster “, The Big Softie. Brisbane/Gold Coast
Buster is a sensitive soul with a big heart and placid, loving nature. After languishing in kennels for two years since finishing his racing career, Buster craves affection and companionship, and is willing to give plenty back in return.
Buster has a goofy, slightly awkward manner, and an adorable habit of cocking his head to one side and pricking up one of his big, pointy ears. Like many greyhounds, Buster has a “bald bum”, and gets very offended if a bug lands on his shiny hindquarters!
His docile personality makes him fine with other dogs or children over seven. Buster is a low-maintenance boy, who doesn’t demand much in terms of exercise (although he does enjoy a run in the park), and is happy as long as he's with his “pack”.
Buster would suit a household looking for a constant companion, who can give this handsome boy the attention he deserves. Whoever adopts Buster will be rewarded with loyalty, affection and the joy of seeing his confidence grow as he discovers life as a pet.

Following your initial application, we conduct a home check. Our dogs are placed on a two week trial.
After the trial period is deemed successful, the adoption process is finalised.
All our dogs wear the Gumtree Grey's "Magic Travelling Pants", which means they are very transportable and can relocate to their new home anywhere in Australia. Please note that these relocation costs are at the expense of whoever the greyhound chooses to adopt.
