Boots

Boots is just such an all round fantastic dog! He is patiently awaiting the family that are going to shower him with love, fun and throw a tennis ball really regularly.
Boots, while a typical energetic working breed dog who loves his runs and playtime but also knows how to come inside and chill out and will happily relax with you indoors. He is currently living happily in a group of dogs at his foster home and would love a home with a companion dog.

Tennis balls are an absolute favorite and he fetches and returns his toy right to you so the game can continue, he just lights up when he sees someone pick up a ball for a game.

Boots has been lovely around children and enjoys them playing with him, he is gentle and affectionate to everybody. On occasion when excited he will jump up but this is something he now rarely does.

We have found Boots to be excellent with every dog he has lived with here, he is a very fast learner and behaves very well, he is an absolute pleasure to be with.

Boots is a very affectionate and eager to please boy who responds well to praise and reward, he is learning how to walk on lead as this is something he had never \ been shown until recently, he is doing very well with this and showing no issues. He is a bright boy and picks things up quickly. His recall off lead at his current country home has been excellent, he listens well when spoken to and will quickly pick up what his new family expect of him.

In the car Boots is well behaved and enjoys outings, wherever you are he is just happy to be and be part of what you are doing.

Boots currently lives on a property with horses and chooks (penned) and he listens when told to come away and he has not chased.
