About "Sir Herbert" Purrfect Match
Located at Taree, Herbie is a huggable seal point Himalayan Persian x who has all the attributes of a Himmi without the price tag or papers.
He is chatty, friendly, lovable, handsome and adores being brushed.
This guy was severely neglected in condition and coat when he was rescued from the pound and it has taken this time to get him almost to his potential handsome-ness.
If you love a real character and lots of company Herbie is your man. He also loves his tucker so don't be fooled by his feed me please or you will end up with a blimp. He is almost three times the weight he was and its a healthy weight...
Anymore and he will need to go on a diet!
Easy to feed not fussy at all which I guess comes from the fact he was on the street fending for himself for sometime and these cats just don't do well outside at all. In fact he would be happiest sprawled out on your bed or lounge being fed caviar and fanned with a palm leaf HAHA!
Regular brushing is a MUST or he will matt. Lucky for you he loves it :-)
Adoption details
Trial periods are given to ensure the cat/kitten is the Purrfect Match for your situation and refund is available within the agreed trial period that is geared to suit the individual cat.
If a cat is being adopted sight unseen, as in distance adoptions, we do require a home check to ensure our cats safety.
After indicating your interest in a cat or kitten you wish to adopt we put you in contact with his or her foster carer. You can then organize a meet and greet.
If you decide to go ahead with the adoption you are required to complete the adoption form and transfer of microchip paperwork. The foster carer will have these documents for you to complete or they can be sent to you via email. Payment can be made via direct deposit or cash to the carer.
We have transport opportunities available from time to time.
Cats are sold desexed, first vaccination and micro-chipped. They will be up to date on their worming and flea treatment.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless other wise stated as in the case of BARN/FARM cats.. ALL our cats are for INDOOR HOMES ONLY or specially built cat enclosures.. We rescued them off the street and would think nothing worse that they be placed back there and in danger of all the perils of modern day society. Please respect our wishes with these requirements. We care about our cats and matching the cat to the adopter is important as is the home they are going to.
All ages of cats are an estimate only as per microchip paperwork supplied by council.
