About Ray
Ray is currently in foster working on his confidence and learning how to be a cat. He has the company of a foster sister and brother teaching him all the tricks of kitty life. If you would like to meet Ray please call the shelter to arrange a meeting.Hey it's Ray!! Ray is a young handsome boy who arrived here at the shelter as a stray. In his early life he had the kindness of a stranger that looked after him and fed him. When that person passed away the neighbors did their best to take care of Ray and the other members of his extended family. Soon the kind people that were taking care of them could no longer do so. Ray was very scared and confused when he first arrived. He will shy away from you at first but will let you touch him. Once you get your hands on him he does not want you to stop! He will talk to you and let you know how good it feels to have soft strokes and cuddles from you. When he is really starting to enjoy it he will roll around and show you his trust with showing you his belly. He will squirm with delight with every scratch and stroke. He sometimes even gets to purring so hard he cannot help but drool! When he gets comfortable with you he loves to be held close in your arms. He is still frightened by loud noises but surely will assimilate once he gets settled into a home with a family.
