About Opal *Adoption pending*
Miss Opal is a sweet and friendly girl, gentle and quietly inquisitive. She came into the care of SAFE via the police force in a Wheatbelt town - so although we don't know much about her background, it's safe to say that she has already encountered difficulties in her short life. Opal did live with a small dog previously, so may be suited to a home with a cat-social dog. She can be quiet and reserved at first so may not suit very young or very loud children - but in a home with calm and loving owners, she will blossom into a true gem!

We at SAFE Avon Valley guarantee that every one of our dogs is suitable to be re-homed. It is our job to ensure that we match our dog with it's perfect family (a bit like a dating agency).
If you would like to know more about this dog please call Freedom on 0403 152 991. If the dog sounds suitable then we pass on the foster carer’s details to you so you can call and make a time to view the dog.
Some of our dogs are located in our shelter in Northam so you will need to meet it there. Once you have meet the dog and are happy to go further then we organise a yard check to ensure that your yard is safe and secure for the dog.
Once that is completed you can then take the dog home on a 2 week trial, if the dog is not suitable then you simply return it.
