Custard (on trial with new family)

CAAAUTIE! Little custard has a face to die for. Those whiskers... HEY keep reading and stop staring at that cuteness!

Little Custard is a sweetie who loves a cuddle. She is a bit shy and would suit a family with older children (10+) but once she is comfortable with you, will happily play, cuddle and jump on your lap for hours! She loves to play (bring out the feather and you're top of the list!

Unfortunately her early days were less than ideal.. she was surrendered to high kill council pound and given days to live with her 2 sisters. To make matters worse, the trio contracted cat flu. Thankfully we got them out in time and they were placed in emergency foster care. Over the next few days, their conditions worsened and they were moved and received urgent vet care. Around the clock care and intense observation were paramount and we sadly lost one of the girls.
Custards fighting spirit and battling nature got her through always trying her hardest to fight the horrible illness.

When she could have just slept, she tried to play. At times where eating was hard, she never gave up. This little girl has got a spirit and a half! And now she deserves a forever home! (She now has a clean bill of health)

She doesn't mind other cats (once she gets to know them) but is a little weiry of dogs. Some older kids would be perfect to help her come out of her shell more.

She is going to make a beautiful new family member!
