About Adelaide (Cat Friendly)
Introducing Adelaide a beautiful 4 month old Ridgeback x girl.
Adelaide came to Wally's with her siblings, underweight and in need of lots love. After a few weeks in foster care with a family with children and host dog for guidance, we are pleased to finally offer this gorgeous girl up for adoption.
Adelaide is a very gentle soul and has a gentle nature to match, so because of this she will need to go to a home that would be a perfect match for her and her loving personality. We are currently training Adelaide in basic obedience and lead training and we have found that she responds best to gentle correction.
As you can see from the video Adelaide has no problems with big dogs, and will happily play with larger dogs and smaller dogs. Adelaide is in a family environment and lives with 2 cats and 2 ferrets, Foster host dog and two other foster sibling puppies. Adelaide is a snuggle bum and loves nothing more than to give you cuddles, kisses and her undivided attention. Her favourite spot to be is on your lap or on her back so she can enjoy endless belly rubs.
Wally's like all of our rescues to be adopted into families that will continue their socialisation and allow their dogs inside of the home on a regular basis to ensure that they feel part of the family especially if they are to be an only dog.
Adelaide is located on the Central Coast, NSW where she lives with his foster family.
To kickstart my training, Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 free dog training sessions http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/ . So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and me.
I am available for adoption now and would love a meet and greet with my new forever family.
Wally's like all of our rescues to be adopted into families that will continue their socialisation and allow their dogs inside of the home on a regular basis to ensure that they feel part of the family. This is particularly so if they are to be an only dog.

When enquiring about Adelaide, please give us some indication of the type of home that she would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this pup may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
