Loki

Loki is one big smoocher! He is a 21 month old sterilised fawn mantle male being rehomed by GDLAWA. He is great with people and gentle around children. \ He is also great with almost all other dogs and loves visiting the local dog park. Little yappy dogs can frighten him a little and occasionally he likes to play chasey with sheep dogs which is fine, only if said sheep dog at the time enjoys that game. He may just need to be reminded not all of them do. As he’s not yet 2yrs there’s often something new to learn however he’s a pro at walking on lead and naturally quite well mannered. He has not shown to be a destructive Dane.

Loki really enjoys being inside with you. He loves other dogs and has lived with another Dane in the past which he found not only lots of fun but very reassuring. Without a confident leader or fur buddy by his side some very loud noises can make him anxious. For this reason we will be seeking a home for him with another large dog to keep him company.

Loki loves attention and affection of any kind and will be placed in a home that will include him as a member of the family. He currently sleeps inside on his mat and through the night with no problem at all.

Loki loves to run on the beach, but stays clear of the water. He isn't a fan of the dog bath but is very compliant and sits still while you wash him. Recently he’s been out with his foster carer to some small public events, he needs some encouragement but then he chills out without any problem.
