About Bertie
Hi everyone! My name is Bertie, and I'm looking for my special forever home that will suit my quirky personality and magnificent ear hair!
I love chasing balls, playing with my foster mum's rugs, playing in my cat tunnel, chasing my foster brother, and anything that involves playtime! I have lots of energy and would love to live somewhere with a nice big house or garden that I can tear around. I'd love a brother or sister - a young cat who loves to play just as much as me but who will also snuggle with me.
At the end of a long day playing, I love a snuggle and a chat. When my foster mum gets home I walk around meowing and jumping around telling her all the exciting things that happened to me - she says I am a funny little man.
I can be shy at first - I didn't grow up around humans, so for the first little while I like to hide, it makes me feel safe. But after a couple of hours I am all up in your face demanding attention and play time. I need a brush a couple of times a week to keep me handsome, and because I have pale features I'd need to be kept out of the sun.
I would be ok living with older children who understand that I might need some time and space to come out of my shell. I have lived with a dog and was ok, and I absolutely love other cats.I am completely litter trained and a good eater, but not fussy. I would love to meet you!
Bertie is located in Brunswick West
