Myles (D2914)

Myles is an absolute star. He loves pats, is placid, comes back when called, is great at bath time and loves to play with the hose. He doesn’t have a bad bone in his body and was happy to share treats on walks with other dogs. He knows that when his foster mum comes home from work he gets to come inside and he will now knock on the door! He stretches out on the floor and when mum sits down to relax, will crawl across the floor commando style for some affection. And he loves, affection.

He is an extremely intelligent dog with some basic commands and will excel with more training. Myles has an ability to figure things out really quickly and will get a lot of enjoyment out of dog puzzle feeders and enrichment games. He does get a bit excited at being inside, and when people come round, but is able to calm down quickly after a couple of minutes of play or through the commands he’s learnt. Myles has not been exposed to children and, as he can get excitable, a structured introduction would be recommended but a firm friendship would probably be on the cards. He’s also not met any cats but has shown no interest in birds when out and about. Myles currently has 45min walks everyday and to continue these along with mental stimulation will ensure a great relationship with his new owner.
