Herbie~Gsd x Bull Terrier (On trial 7/04/16)

Herbie or 'Herbs' as he's known around here, is a 18 month old German Shepherd x Bull Terrier. He loves everybody and everything, be they human, cat, bird, tennis ball or toy - and loves his bones (the bigger the better)! He's medium to large size, around the same size as a kelpie. He looks very unique, like a brindle German Shepherd Dog!

Herbs has a great nature and loves to play at anytime you wish but at the same time he is more than happy to just chill out by your feet or on his couch. If you prefer him to be outside he has no problem and will entertain himself with a toy, stick or bone at anytime. But he does need to have some time inside to enjoy his family and sleep indoors at night. He's 100% toilet trained and never causes any issues.

Nothing seems to phase him and he easily adapts to any situation. He's eager to please and is easily trained. You can tell he has been loved from day one and given heaps of attention. He sits, shakes and comes when you call him. He can be a bit cheeky in a very good way, he has a big personality and would easily become part of any loving family.

Herbie loves the beach/water and playing with other dogs and stealing/sharing everyone's toys and balls. He was shy of the water to start with but after 2-3 days of simple tennis ball tossing he now believes he can swim to NZ if required!
