About Poppy and Lilly
Poppy (desexed grey male) and Lilly (desexed white female) were born at our shelter in 2010, a day after we rescued their parents from death row. They were adopted as cute babies and were happy together, till they returned in 2013 due to their family moving overseas. Soon enough they found another home, until once again their family moved and had to bring them back to our shelter. Hopefully, 3rd time lucky for this beautiful pair! Because they've already had 2 homes in their short lives, they really need somewhere stable, as it's very hard for animals to move from one family to another, and it can leave them feeling unwanted.
Poppy and Lilly are not only stunning bunnies, but they are wonderful in every other way as well. Poppy is very outgoing, although blind in one eye, and loves to get pats and attention. Lilly takes a couple of days, but now she too quickly rushes over to check out what treats we have and get her share of the pats. What is very obvious to us is the fact that losing 2 homes is most definitely not their fault. Anyone who adopts these bunnies into their life will be very lucky indeed!
