He has been in foster care with a wonderful, loving family and this is what they have to say about him;

Casper aka Tiny is a big boy but a super friendly boy who is great with children and people. He would benefit from on-going training. He is an American Staffordshire cross who comes fully vet worked.

When he was surrendered to the pound he was black from fleas and his skin was bleeding and this was just prior to Christmas gone. He was in such a sad way, severely abused and neglected and on death row, hundreds of fleas and bleeding. He seriously does have so much love to give even though he was treated so badly by humans.
