About Mack
Hi everyone, my name is Mack and welcome to my page! I’ve just had my big boy operation and am now all ready to head off to my new forever home. My foster mum has fallen in love with me but knows that I need to find a family of my very own.
I’m living with 2 other doggie friends who I love to play and wrestle with but I also love to cuddle up with my human foster family for snuggles too. I am currently being toilet trained and my foster mum says I’m doing really well with it.
I do love kids but due to my size when I grow up, I would be better suited to a family with children over 8 years old and would learn to cope with being an only dog but I do have a very active mind and will probably not cope well with being left on my own all day every day. I am curious beyond words and am always wondering what will happen if I do certain things, which sometimes leads to me being not so popular for a while....but being so cute, my foster mum just can’t help but love me!
You will need to have time to train me, walk me, play with me, socialise me with other doggie friends (especially while I’m still young) and most of all, LOVE ME! In return, I can promise you that I will be your loyal companion for the rest of my life, and to help you get started, Wyong Dog Training Club will provide 3 free dog training sessions http://wyongdogtrainingclub.org.au/ . So please be sure to utilise this awesome gift which will benefit both you and me in the long run.
Wally's like all of our rescues to be adopted into families that will continue their socialisation and allow their dogs inside of the home on a regular basis to ensure that they feel part of the family. This is particularly so if they are to be an only dog.
Mack is located on the Central Coast of NSW where he lives with his foster family.

When enquiring about Mack, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
We do our best to provide you with a clear understanding of our dogs needs and their temperaments, so please help us by providing as much information as you can about your home and lifestyle so that we get an idea if this is the right home for our baby.
