About Pip (On Trial 6/3/15) ~ Staffy X Puppy
HI THERE! I'm Pip, a cute little girl, 10 week old Staffy cross, but when it come to my personality I'm anything but cross. I love everyone even the snippy old cat and I know deep down he loves me too. I love kisses and cuddles and when the kids come home from school, we run and play and they laugh and I pant and then we all watch TV together, I LOVE THAT. You could just say that I love life.
What I want most in the world is a home that I can have forever, with people that love me and want slobbery kisses. I'm kind of a pro at giving kisses.
So more about me..... well I'm really very smart. I bet you hear that alot but I really am, everyone tells me so. I'm learning all the basic commands like how to sit and come when I'm called and I know really cool games, like the one where you throw the ball and I go get the ball and then we laugh and you throw it again... do you know that game? I love that one. I also like “tug of war” and “chase the cat”. I'm learning how to behave when I play and not be too rough because no one likes to play with a bully.
I love to play and cuddle and kiss and play again.. Sometimes the grumpy old cat tells me off, I know to leave him be when he's being a Mr Grumpy pants. I say to him “you take a nap, you’re cranky” then I go play with someone else. My foster mummy says I sometimes wreck things, but if she heard how those stuffed toys talked to me she would take the white stuff out too. I'm really very good and I'm learning to not be so destructive, but remember, I'm still little and that what little pup's do sometimes. With training and attention big dogs don’t do that naughty stuff so I am sure you can help me to stop.
Maybe if I come live with you we could go to puppy school.. Oh it would be so much fun and there would be other doggies and people to meet. Don't worry you will be my favourite, I'm like that, I'll be very loyal to my family.
So if you’re looking for a Staffy cross sweety pie, I might just be your girl. If you think you can give me a loving home forever then please contact my foster mum. You never know, we might be playing fetch together soon.
Well anyway, the cat just woke up, I'm going to go and see if he's still too grumpy to play “chase the cat” BYE.
XOXO Pip

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.rtf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
