About Lucky ~(On Trial 20/3/15)
Lucky is a happy friendly 6yr male Maltese x Shih Tzu. He enjoys playing with his foster buddies and running around in the back yard.
Lucky is affectionate and enjoys his cuddles and pats. He is an indoor dog and sleeps in his doggy bed. Often you will find him on his back with his legs up in the air fast asleep. He's a real sweetie and enjoys being part of the family.
Because of his breed he will require regular grooming to keep his long coat under control.
His photos are not the best as he is still regaining his handsomeness after years of neglect. So hopefully more photos will be added shortly:)

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.rtf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
