About Bella
Bella is a very sweet dog who would happily fit into any loving home.
She is at an ideal age, where you don't need to bother with all the puppy stuff like chewing or toilet training but you will still have plenty of years with this precious little girl.
Bella is a friendly girl who likes dog, and is sharing her foster home with 5 others at the moment, plus 3 puppies, but she isn't one to play with them very much so would happily be an only dog as well. She loves her humans and follows her foster mum around everywhere during the day.
Bella also has 2 young children as part of her foster family which she isn't really fazed by, but it seems they sometimes do stress her a little so we would suggest older children.
Bella's favourite thing to do is play fetch with a ball or little toy. She would play all day if you let her. She also likes her walks, and is warming up to the lead as she was quite uncertain of it in the beginning. She is great off lead though, so beach or park trips are great fun.
Bella is predominantly an indoor dog, but is well toilet trained and will go out when needed. She also likes sleeping close to her people, so either on the end of your bed or her own bed in your bedroom would be best.
She doesn't bark unless necessary, so is good for alerting you when someone is at the door. She doesn't fret or even mind being on her own, so would be happy to wait for you to come home from work. She likes her outings but isn't demanding.
Bella would make an ideal companion for someone who just wants that special friend to spend the evenings and weekends with.
Adoption details
Tiki Animal Rescue has a few steps when it comes to finding the right adoptive home for our animals.
An enquiry must be filled out on the animal you're interested in adopting, explaining some basics about you/your life/ your home and what you can offer this particular animal if you were to adopt him/ her.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
Then from there on, it's just all about when the vet work is finished and the dog is able to leave for their new house, a 2 week trial is given for each dog to make sure it's a perfect fit.
Then enjoy the new member of your family.
