Frankie is on hold pending adoption.

Frank is a mature aged desexed male German Shepherd currently in care at Kurri Kurri. Frankie was left at a local animal shelter surrendered by a young male person and it would seem his former owner may have been an older person who has been required to go into a nursing home and the family have left the dog at a shelter.

Well Frankie still has allot of life left in him and to my way of thinking this is the best age to acquire a dog. Loving, gentle and very easy to manage the golden oldies just enjoy being around you and appreciate just having the company of their human pack and a warm bed and a full stomach.

So if you are looking for a gentle soul who enjoys a morning walk and inclusion in the home where they can sit beside you and watch the soapies then Frankie is the answer.

Not a barker, easy to manage on lead very social with his fellow rescue shepherds this beautiful boy deserves a loving home with a mature aged couple or an understanding single person who will give him the love he deserves.
