Meet the amazing Jasmine!

Jasmine is a most beautiful dog and you will fall head over paws with her the moment you meet her! Check out her love-heart shaped nose!!! this is a true reflection of her endearing temperament and character!

Jasmine and her mum Millie were rescued from a rural pound, they were both skin and bones and completely starved (see photos attached). They have both since put on a good amount of weight and are doing much better now!
Hyper-actively affectionate - Jasmine loves to get physically close, to her humans and her animal siblings and just wants to be loved by all and belong. She thrives on attention and affection. She loves being a pack member and respects the pack hierarchy in her foster doggy family

Superfast and agile - loves to run free at very high speed - would be best placed where she has plenty of space, and/or regularly exercised and stimulated with tasks and adventures, including the love for traveling in a car!

Jasmine loves to play with other dogs but can be a little rough when she gets excited, that's the puppy in her, so ongoing obedience training will help sort that out and teach her some doggie manners! She is very food motivated (especially given her history of not being fed well) so training using food tends to work a treat! as does simple and kind words of praise. Obedience training is a must in her new home.

She has a very inquisitive nature. She gets along well with cats, as she is currently residing with 2 cats, however careful supervision is needed to begin with as she forgets that they are a lot smaller than her and does like to follow and possibly chase them as part of play behaviour. She has had limited exposure to children, and her fear of humans and loud and overwhelming behaviour can frighten her and make her nervous, so gentle and slow supervised introduction is essential, to ensure this girl becomes a child's / children's best friend and a very valued and loved family member. Dog savvy families and children are essential for rehoming this girl.

She has a fatal attraction for my smelly socks (lol) so a laundry basket away from her reach is needed and is only recently appreciating doggy toys such as balls and stuffed toys which she loves to play, compete and share with her fur foster siblings.

She is extremely clever and obedient. Jasmine is yet to truly trust humans, and is still very nervous and wary of humans, the hustle and bustle of urban living and crowds of people, so time, patience, slow and gentle exposure and rewards based training is essential. She will be a wonderful and loyal addition to a very special family or individual.
