Poppet

Poppet was surrendered to the shelter as sadly her previous owner was unable to care for her. She is now looking for a loving new home!Despite her age Poppet is a social and at times active girl but also likes quiet times. She would suit a home where she will receive plenty of pats and attention but also enjoys being left to her own devices and basking in the sunlight.Poppet hasn't had much exposure to other cats and must be gradually introduced to any existing feline friends in her new home.Due to her age it is important that Poppet is kept on a good quality oral care diet as older cats are more likely to develop dental disease. Also Poppet would need to be kept indoors for the first 4 weeks to allow her to get used to her new home. After this time she may be allowed out to laze in the yard through the day. But please bring her back inside at night to ensure she is safe.In her new home Poppet will need: a scratching post litter trays food and water bowls a few toys to play with and a nice warm bed to curl up in and catch some zzz's.
