Ellie ***On Trial***

(**on trial**) this beautiful little girl came into care on the weekend; she has been living in a chook pen since earlier this year so will need time to adjust to the real world. Ellie has just been desexed, microchipped and vaccinated; we now also have her up to date on flea, worm and heartworm control. She knows how to sit for her food and also sit when asked. As she hasnt been walked or exercised for months she can be a little over excited on lead so will need further training to help her walk nicely. We are toilet training/crate trraining her and she is such a quick little learner and is understanding exactly what she has to do. She is exceptionally friendly and her desire to be with her humans and other dogs is amazing. Ellie must be rehomed with a family who are experienced with scent hounds, who have another beagle for her to play with and can give her the extra time, love and training that she has missed out on so far. We are looking for a mature family/work from home family to ensure she is given the extra security and time to settle in to a new way of life. Ellie loves playing with other dogs, she listens to what they tell her and would happily spend her day bounding around with another beagle.
