Tyger

Tyger is an elegant short haired torbie (tortoiseshell /tabby). She has beautiful ginger markings through her tabby coat and spots on her belly.

She is a smoochy, friendly girl who loves a cuddle with her foster carer. She enjoys sitting on laps while getting attention. Tyger plays with her fellow foster kittens but is also fairly laid back. She is a great climber and would love a large cat tree to climb and play on.

Tiger hasn’t met a dog, but is pretty confident and would probably adapt to a cat friendly dog with the right introduction. She hasn’t experienced younger children but has sharp kitten claws. She isn’t rough but naturally uses her claws while playing. She is being taught that hands and fingers are not playthings.

She is making friends with the adult cats in the house. She has been bonding with Timothy, her foster brother and grooms him regularly. A dual adoption with him for company would be ideal. However she would probably be fine on her own.

Tyger is available for pre-adoption.

All Little Paws kitties come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, micro chipped, wormed, flea treated and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws kitties are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way, for their safety and health and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a kitty goes to. We match kitties to their new family; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising kitties in their own home, we would appreciate a call if you cannot make an appointment.
