About Dave
Dave the Kelpie is an absolute stunner, and at only 12mths old he is a remarkably chilled out boy.
He does not have a mean bone in his body. He is a very smart dog. He is currently living happily with 10 other dogs and 2 horses. He bonds closely with people. He is the type of dog that will be your best mate forever. He is great with young children and not at all jumpy. Like most kelpies he will need good fences.
Dave is sweet boy who has a very sweet soft nature. He is the type of dog you could take to the beach or park and let run. He is fantastic on and off lead.
Dave loves to play with the other dogs then a lay down to recharge. He is a good boy inside the house, he will lay next to you while you watch tv. He does needs someone who can give him time and love and would love to live with another dog..
He sits patiently and waits for his breakfast and not at all fussy with his food. Dave is gentle boy who loves to please you, he is obedient and a joy to have around.

Adoption details
Tiki Animal Rescue has a few steps when it comes to finding the right adoptive home for our animals.
An enquiry must be filled out on the animal you're interested in adopting, explaining some basics about you/your life/ your home and what you can offer this particular animal if you were to adopt him/ her.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
Then from there on, it's just all about when the vet work is finished and the dog is able to leave for their new house, a 2 week trial is given for each dog to make sure it's a perfect fit.
Then enjoy the new member of your family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
