About Rose
My name is Rose, and I am 1 of a litter of 7 pups that came into Wally’s care when we were all teeny tiny babies. I’m living with Tuff, Daisy and Eddie and have an awesome big foster brother Franklin, who keeps us all in line and lets us climb all over him and use him as a playground. I have an awesome foster mum who loves us all very much, but she wants us all to find special homes and families of our very own.
My foster mum takes us all for walks everyday and I love it! I get to explore so many new and exciting things. My mum calls me ‘mischevious’ and I do like to be the first to do everything! I have learnt how to sit and am learning my name. I had my big operation on 19th February and am now all ready to go to my new home. Ideally, I would love another doggie friend to play with but if you do decide that 1 dog is enough, then I’m fine with that too...as long as I am treated as part of the family.
I love to learn new things and am already toilet trained. I’m not obsessed with food and eat with my brothers and sister every day with no fights. I have been well socialised with kids, adults and other doggie friends and just love everyone! I’m really hoping to find a family of my very own who will treat me like one of the family and allow me to live both inside and outside. Due to my size when I grow up, I would be best suited to kids over 8 years old.
Rose will need ongoing training and socialisation so that she develops into a well-mannered and sociable girl who I'm sure will bring many years of love to her home. Wally's like all of our rescues to be adopted into families that will continue their socialisation and allow their dogs inside of the home on a regular basis to ensure that they feel part of the family. This is particularly so if they are to be an only dog.
Rose is located on the Central Coast of NSW where she lives with her foster family.

When enquiring about Rose, please give us some indication of the type of home that she would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home, what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you.
Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
