About Kisu
Kisu is a sweet, gentle girl who takes some time to adjust to new situations. Little Miss Independent, she is quite content with her own company the majority of the time, but will occasionally bestow her pretty presence on the household and accept pats and cuddles from her humans, and join in on playtime with her kitty siblings.
MY IDEAL HOME: I think I'd like a home with high-school aged children, where I won't be bothered by little people - I find them pretty intimidating! I'm kind of shy to begin with, although I will come out of my shell once I realise I can trust you. Even then though, I am very much my own person!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I can be a lazy bones sometimes... But other times I enjoy several hours of very active, very kittenish play. I like to sleep in high places, such as my cat tower, and also on any available human bed.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Young children are so scary! I think I could be a great companion to older kids of about 12 and up. I can handle them yelling and running around while playing games, but it's best not to approach me too fast or too noisily as I'll probably run off and hide.
MY SUITABILITY TO DOGS AND CATS: I currently live with my brother, Moe, several adult cats and a dog. I'm good with the cats, and I'm (slowly) getting used to the dog!

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill an enquiry form.
You can receive this by emailing NSWadoptions@maggiesrescue.org or visiting our webpage www.maggiesrescue.org
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
