About Yolanda
Yolanda is a dear little girl. She is most at home inside with her family and adores being held in your arms. She has a very sweet nature and is a wonderful companion dog.
Yolanda would love a home with somebody who is around a lot or where she could go out with her person during the day as she loves to be with her people. She would also be best as an only pet or rehomed with another very easy going dog. She is a typical chi in that she likes to establish where she is in the pecking order, but once that is established is happy with other dogs.
She will bark if she hears other dogs barking, people at the door, and sometimes just to ask you to play with her. She will roll on her back in submission if she thinks she has done the wrong thing.
Yolanda is not suited to a home with young children. She is too timid and shy and would not cope with all of the attention. Older children in the home, around 15 years plus, would be okay.
Yolanda is house trained and very well behaved but would benefit from some basic obedience training. She is still learning to walk on the lead, preferring to be carried!
She is a little less than 4 kgs, and loves nothing better than to be on your knee or in some contact with you.
